Project Manager Dynamics 365 Business Central

Offimac NV is an established player in the field of business software for SMEs, with extensive experience in setting up ERP and cloud solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Odoo. From our office in Hasselt, we assist clients in various sectors with their digital transformation. With a strong team, a customer-oriented approach and the ambition to deliver lasting value, we are looking for an experienced project leader to help manage our Business Central projects.

Your role

As Project Manager Dynamics 365 Business Central, you are the key figure between our clients, the Offimac project team and any external partners.
You ensure that implementation and optimization projects are delivered within scope, budget and timing – with a focus on quality and a satisfied customer.

You:

  • manage and coach project teams consisting of functional consultants and developers
  • monitor planning, scope, quality, budget and risks
  • are the point of contact for the customer and monitor expectations and priorities
  • ensure structure in all phases of the project: analysis, implementation, testing, go-live and aftercare
  • identify bottlenecks in a timely manner and proactively adjust
  • see opportunities with customers and know how to translate these into further cooperation

your profile

Knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in business administration, computer science, (business) finance or a comparable field)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within software or ERP implementations
  • Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV is a clear plus
  • Good knowledge of business processes (finance, logistics, production, service…)

  • Analytically strong, structured and accurate in follow-up and reporting
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and stress-resistant, even when multiple projects are running in parallel
  • Strong in communication with stakeholders
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial and customer-oriented
  • Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of English, French is a plus
